CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Larry A. McMillan, Sr. is a licensed and ordained minister and an educator. He serves in the Harford County Community as Pastor of
Today's Family Ministries and as an active community leader. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Today’s Family, Inc. For more than 20 years,
he has served as an interstate and intrastate minister. He has also served in Europe and other countries. Pastor McMillan has developed programs
of evangelism, missions, education, and stewardship. He has developed family educational workshops, programs for economic stability for
families, nurturing and supportive family programs, and self actualization workshops. He has a talk radio show which airs weekly. He is planning a
syndicated radio show for his organization.
Dr. McMillan has been site-based Business Manager of the Department of Finance and Procurement. He is the organizer of the renowned “Teens
for Christ. He is a well-known author of family books and financial books. He is the organizer and the founder of the Today’s Family magazine.
He is a recording artist and the founder and organizer of The Sensational McMillan Singers.
Dr. McMillan has earned Bachelor of Science degree and an earned Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He has earned Masters in
Theology. He has an earned Master’s of Business Administration Degree. He has earned a Professional Certificate in Youth Studies. Dr.
McMillan has been the recipient of several Honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees. He serves on many boards. Dr. McMillan is married to Dr.
Marilyn McMillan. They are the proud and blessed parents of three adult sons, and two grandchildren.
Dr. Larry McMillan has vowed to work with members of the community and private sector with the primary objective to assist all families of need
to meet the social and economic challenges of the century through educational and technical training opportunities. His zeal is to assist in equipping
families to meet the requirements of being a successful component in today’s world to help foster growth in other families.
